Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on all ready-to-ship boxes and any perishable items (such as pancakes) that are sold separately.  All other items such as kitchen items, mugs & candles are not refundable but may be replaced if they are damaged.  Exchanges must done within 5 days of purchase date.  Proof of damage must be sent by photo to our email.
