Shipping FAQ:

When will my order be processed and shipped out? Because each box is hand packaged with care at the time it is ordered, orders take 1-2 days to process. An order is shipped once assembled (Monday - Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that it may take a few more days if it is being delivered to a rural area. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We do, however; provide a tracking number to show the estimated day an order should be delivered. Most orders usually arrive within 5-7 days from the time the order was placed.
How will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped via UPS
Do you ship internationally? We currently only ship to the United States
Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes? We do not ship to military (APO/FPO) or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Can I ship to multiple addresses? Yes, of course! We would be happy to make that happen. Click link (Multiple Gifts Order Form) Fill out the form. Once we receive your request, we will process your order and send you an invoice.
I am sending a gift and need it sent express. Do you offer express shipping? We currently do not offer express shipping but if you contact us we would be happy to assist if we can..
